Old Buisness

Our 40th annual show will be held on Sat May 20 from 8 to 3 @ TAC in Vernon on rt30, exhibitors free, $5 admission $20 for selling of hobby related swap items, rain or shine, food available in dining hall by TAC 4H

Tri-fold flyers with the show list are available, most of our show expenses have been paid, Our show TASK LIST has a few needs to make the show run smoothly. Any concerns please call Joe @ 860-558-3043

The club plow day was held on Sat April 29 @9:00am @ the Rothe farm in Ellington pre-reg is required with Ralph Winn who will be cooking lunch. Also dues must be payed up to participate.$650 was voted on for food for the event.

New Business

A “minute of memory” was called for Bob Messenger who passed away April 10, Bob was a very active member in the club, serving as Vp, treasurer, and winter meeting host, and well-liked by everyone in our club, he will be greatly missed.

Secretaries Note

We will need locations for our next meetings at members locations thru October and also looking for recommendations for our upcoming winter meetings from November thru April.

Scantic Valley Ant Eng Club Meeting Notice

 

The regular meeting will be held on Monday May 8 2017 at 7:00pm at the Tolland Agricultural Cernter 24 Hyde Ave (Rt 30} Vernon CT. We need as much help as we can get for the show a task list will be posted.

 

Our 40th Annual Show will be held on Sat May 20

from 8 to 3 @ TAC in Vernon on rt30, exhibitors free,

$5 admission $20 for selling of hobby related swap items, rain or shine, food available in dining hall by TAC 4H club. Set up for the show will be on Friday before the show, times to be announced.

 

Everyone let your friends and aquantenses know about the show so we get the best turnout.
